Victoria has worked extensively in fashion and modelling, including styling for portfolios, fashion parades and commercial shoots. As an agency instructor, Victoria has trained individuals and groups in all areas of grooming, deportment, fashion and modelling, including corporate training, personal image updates, self confidence courses in schools and agency courses for teenagers and adults.

In early 2007, Victoria was appointed the Senior Fashion Stylist for Westfield Woden and Belconnen. Since January 2012, Victoria has been in the role of Fashion and Personal Stylist for the Canberra Centre; coordinating their Style Workshops, Visual Merchandising and Personal Styling sessions.
As the agency director, Victoria leads the business development and planning, creates sales and marketing strategies and oversees the general management of all aspects of the business.

Raquel Shanis
Course & Portfolio Manager

Raquel takes our modelling appointments with potential new models and will offer you advice on getting started in the industry. It’s her job to ensure we recruit and train the best local talent in order to meet our client’s expectations.

When joining the agency, the first step is your training. As the agency Course Manager, Raquel oversees all aspects of our Grooming, Deportment and Modelling courses. Raquel is responsible for recruiting the best instructors in each field to train our models. Some of our agency instructors have been an integral part of our courses since 1995.

Raquel also coordinates our model’s portfolios and website profiles, looking after the marketing tools for our new models when joining the agency. She will advise you on the best way to present and promote yourself as a model.

Amy Ginis
Model Booker

As the agency Model Booker, Amy liaises with clients on a daily basis; from negotiating rates and contracts, to helping them decide which model is best suited for their job. Amy is your first point of contact as a client and her excellent customer service skills will ensure your job is handled promptly and professionally.

Once you join our agency as a model, Amy will liaise with you regularly on all aspects of your jobs, is here to look after your interests and will offer ongoing advice and support.

Graham Gall
Acting Coach

Graham is the Acting Coach for our agency, training up our new models in all areas of Speech, Drama and Television. Graham provides a solid introduction to acting and guides our new models and actors through various aspects of preparing for a job, conduct on a job and industry expectations. Graham’s extensive acting experience ensures his teaching includes plenty of first hand advice and he’s an absolute asset to our courses.
