“I completed a Grooming, Deportment & Modelling course in 2010 with Victoria’s Models after seeing a girl I knew from high school in a shopping centre fashion parade. I admired the way she held herself and wanted to be able to model like her. The course really helped to build my self confidence as a teenage girl and develop skills in the areas of beauty, grooming and modelling. However, it wasn’t until four years later when I was studying at university, that I came into the agency to talk about the next step. I then started building my portfolio and I have now been with the agency for just over a year.

My experience modelling for the agency has been nothing but positive. I absolutely love the range of opportunities across the different areas of modelling. I have been fortunate enough to book jobs including television commercials, voice work, promotional, catwalk, and photographic modelling. Doing different types of work has really helped build my confidence as a young woman and prepare me with skills applicable to all aspects of life. My favourite jobs to date would be a speaking role I did in a TV commercial and various hostessing roles at events and awards evenings.

Having the opportunity to meet clients in various industries is something I really value, especially in promotional modelling. It has really helped me to develop my professionalism while I am still studying and beginning to build my career. ”
